By accessing, downloading, registering for, or using HomeSafe (the “Platform”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

HomeSafe is a technology platform and digital marketplace that enables users to connect with independent third-party emergency, safety, and security service providers (“Service Providers”).

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason, including suspected misuse or legal risk.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.


14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed exclusively by the laws of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

You agree that all disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law.
